  • Valid for first-time subscribers only
  • Must request within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Limited to one refund per household

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at guyanaexamhub@gmail.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. Provide your order/transaction ID

We will process eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests after the 14-day period
  • Accounts with excessive exam attempts
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Technical issues outside our control

  • Mobile Money Guyana (MMG)
  • Cash refund at our Delph Street location
  • Bank transfer (Scotiabank or Republic Bank)
  • Original debit or credit card

Processing Time:

  • MMG transfers: Same day to next business day
  • Cash refunds: Immediate (during business hours)
  • Bank transfers: 2-3 business days
  • Card refunds: 5-7 business days

Special Circumstances

For special circumstances or technical issues that severely impact service usage, we may consider refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis.
